When we realized our elderly loved one couldn’t be left alone at home anymore, we didn’t know where to turn. After doing a lot of research and exploring different options, we finally met with Erica at Young at Heart, and it felt like a huge weight off our shoulders. She guided us through the whole process and explained the different options for home companionship. She took the time to do a thorough interview with our Mom and our family to find a caregiver who was a good fit.

Erica was there for us every step of the way, sharing resources and offering advice about what to expect when caring for someone with dementia. She checks in regularly to see how things are going and to make sure that the caregiver is still the right match. It’s been incredibly comforting to feel seen, heard, and supported through this whole process.
